The vinyl tile that had been installed in this condo was outdated and in need of replacement. Poor color and pattern choice made for a visually distracting floor that made a small space seem smaller. The client chose a brown/green porcelain tile - an excellent choice for a high traffic entry/kitchen/downstairs 1/2 bath. The old flooring was remove and the floor cleaned and prepped for tile. All the jambs and baseboard were undercut to allow the tile to be installed under all the trim without removing it all for repalcement.
